This is the prison where we shot the forthcoming video for the song "A Lonely Place For Dying." It's also the same location where they shot the film of the same name, which is currently being edited and which I'm scoring. This place was pretty creepy, and for good reason. It was unfortunately the site of one of the most violent riots in the history of the American correctional system.
This is the "Sizzle Reel" for A Lonely Place For Dying produced by Zak Forsman. He did an amazing job. A sizzle reel is a promotional tool created for exhibitors and merchandisers to get more of a sense of the content of a film than you would get from a trailer. This one was produced for potential buyers at the American Film Market, where ALPFD made an appearance in November 2008. An edited version of my song is playing throughout the reel.

You can see some of the footage from the film, which was shot on The Red One camera, a 4K HD camera. It looks stunning. I'm very excited to score it.
